White-glove delivery is available within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international delivery may be available by request. Shipping and delivery fees depend on your location and product size.

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Standard production takes approximately 4–8 weeks after order confirmation, depending on the product and material availability. Transit time is additional. We confirm the schedule for your order and provide tracking when it ships.

Can I return a custom order?

Made-to-order and custom furniture is final sale once production begins. Manufacturing defects and transit damage are handled under our warranty and damage-claim terms. Read the shipping, returns and warranty policy.

What warranty is included?

Our structural warranty covers eligible hardwood frames and core structural components for 10 years. Upholstery, cushions, hardware and finishes have a 1-year limited warranty. Coverage is for normal residential use and is subject to the full policy.
