Down & Feather Fill
Natural loft, soft sink-in comfort, and a relaxed cushion profile for premium seating and pillows.
- Blend Range
- Premium 90/10 white duck down and feather blend for a softer, loftier feel; standard 70/30 down and feather blend for balanced softness and support.
- Loft Control
- Fill power should be verified on the down component, then reviewed with fill weight, chamber density, cushion depth, and cover tension.
- Sanitization
- Washed, high-temperature sterilized, de-dusted, deodorized, and cleanliness-controlled; 1000mm turbidity can be specified where batch documentation is available.
- Construction
- Chambered baffle-box or channel construction helps reduce fill migration and clumping. Down-proof ticking reduces feather leakage through the cushion shell.
- Compliance
- CAL TB 117-2020 compliant constructions can be specified. No-added-flame-retardant builds should be confirmed against the final supplier documentation.
Polyester Fiber Fill
